Qualifications

Proficient in working in dusty conditions and navigating uneven surfaces.

Comfortable working in confined or elevated spaces, such as scaffolding and crawlspaces.

Willing to follow directions and complete tasks as required.

Possession of basic carpentry tools, including a tool belt with a hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.

Basic understanding of construction practices and job site organization.

Maintain a positive attitude, self-awareness, and respect for coworkers.

Basic knowledge of safety and health procedures, with ongoing training provided.

Reliable transportation is optional.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Ensure job site cleanliness, load and unload materials over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.

Assist with site preparation activities, such as trench digging.

Maintain an organized approach to work and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Communicate ideas and information clearly; be curious and resourceful.

Prioritize safety for yourself and your team.

Help maintain site security, ensuring the safety of personnel, tools, and materials.

Occasionally drive a company vehicle based on site requirements, with a clean motor vehicle report needed.

Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.

Benefits

Starting wage of $27.00 per hour.

$1,500 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.
