Job Responsibilities:
Assist in assembling manufactured housing on-site under the supervision of a Construction Crew Lead.
Perform manual labor tasks within designated areas and ensure site cleanliness and organization.
Utilize tape measures and interpret blueprints and orders to complete assigned tasks accurately.
Maintain effective communication with coworkers to ensure efficient workflow.
Utilize a variety of hand, air, and electrical tools proficiently to accomplish assigned duties.
Qualifications:
No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided to all employees.
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects as required.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced team members.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude towards work.
Proficiency in basic math and measurement skills is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
