This excellent opportunity requires an individual who has experience with multifamily building maintenance and skilled labor rehab work. The position requires experience working in all phases of carpentry, drywall work, painting & plaster finishing, bathroom tile work, plumbing/copper work and electrical work. The ideal candidate works well with minimal supervision, is a team player, takes initiative, and is willing to work in both maintenance and rehab work environments.
Job Requirements/Skills:
Painting
Dry Wall/Plaster
Tile/Tile Repair Experience
Plumbing - Drain/Copper
Electrical Experience/Light Fixture Replacement
Experience Using Hand And Power Tools.

Typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm (must be able to work these hours)
Must live nearby to ensure timely emergency call response
