Apt building maintenance help needed

Maintenance help needed for multiple multi-unit apartment buildings in Chicago and Oak Park, cleaning, painting, general upkeep, (change lightbulbs, install towel rack, unclog toilet/sink, shovel snow, vacuum, wash windows, etc). 20+ hours/week (morning/daytime) , occasional weekends (when tenants are moving out), must have own car, able to lift 50+ pounds, non-smoking while at the job, basic English knowledge required, pay based on experience
