Senior Recruiter

Our client, a leading supply chain technology company, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across the US, shaping a world-class candidate experience and fueling company growth. This role partners closely with leadership to attract top talent in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, G&A, and Tech teams.Responsibilities:Source, attract, and hire top-tier SaaS talent while optimizing the recruitment process.Develop hiring strategies, leveraging data and metrics for process improvements.Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding.Build an inclusive and objective hiring process while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders.Expand the company's presence through networking events and employer branding initiatives.Work with Greenhouse ATS to enhance automation and visibility in recruiting.Qualifications:5+ years of SaaS recruiting experience, preferably in tech and startup environments.Strong data-driven approach to hiring decisions.Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.A well-established network in the Chicago startup and SaaS community.Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining high attention to detail.Benefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
