Experienced Hire Recruiter

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking an Experienced Hire Recruiter to support high-level hiring for Partner and Principal roles across industry and service practices. This is a dynamic and highly visible position within a collaborative recruiting team, with opportunities to contribute to broader hiring initiatives including campus and internal recruitment.Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute effective sourcing strategiesManage the full recruitment cycle for executive-level consulting hiresProvide mentorship and direction to junior recruiting team membersContribute to inclusion-focused hiring goals and strategic recruiting projectsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external search partnersPlay an active role in offer development, negotiation, and closingRepresent the firm's brand and values through consistent engagement and firm-building activitiesQualifications6+ years of recruiting experience, including executive-level or professional services hiringProven relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external candidatesA proactive, adaptable approach to managing competing prioritiesExperience sourcing through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and networkingStrong organizational and communication skillsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and virtual interview platformsBachelor's degree requiredWillingness to be onsite in the Chicago office at least once per weekBenefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
