Part-time Chiropractic Assistant (Great for PT/PTA students!)
Experience preferred, but not necessary. The ideal candidate is personable yet professional in both manner and appearance, with a desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. The primary duties will include face-to-face interaction with patients applying physiotherapy modalities (electric stimulation, ultrasound, etc), and keeping treatment areas and general office clean and stocked. Other duties may include: taking vitals, answering phones, taking payments, and scheduling appointments.
Approximately 24 hours per week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, no weekends or major holidays. One hour for lunch. Pay starts at $12/hour with no experience, on-the-job training provided. Benefits are not available for this position.

Preparing the table for the patient
Marking files appropriately
Checking in with the patient to see if there have been any changes prior to beginning care
Alerting Dr. of any changes or concerns
Checking treatment area for wounds, burns, bites, infection
Ice/heat application
E-stim application
Ultrasound application
Non-treatment competencies and responsibilities
Keeping work area clean (clutter removal/organization, gowns & towels, trash removal, cleaning according to schedule)
Keeping supplies stocked and ready (alert Dr. of any needs, US gel, e-stim pads, etc.)
