Dimo's is looking for individuals to join the Front of House and Bartending team at our Lincoln Square location.
At Dimo's, people who apply for a job here think they’re getting a service/hospitality job, and they’re not wrong. But that’s not nearly the whole picture. Once you get started and master the job you’ve applied for, you get the opportunity to grow and take on responsibilities that interest you.
Our photographer started as a front of house team member. The guy who comes up with all the menu options, he started as a pizza cook. The team member who coordinates our events? She began by serving crustomers. Truly, find your passion and get paid for it.
Both Front of House and Bartenders get an even split on the tip pool, which is paid out with the biweekly paychecks.

FOH Responsibilities
Take customer orders and utilize POS (Toast)
Serve tables
Communicate orders and needs with BOH
Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks
Restock and reset after each shift
Ensure customers receive orders to their satisfaction
General server responsibilities- drink refills, check ins with tables, ringing up orders
Bartender Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Making and serving cocktails and drinks in accordance with customer need
Operate POS and cash register as needed
Taking beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
Balance walk-in and delivery business needs
Keep work area clean and tidy up to Chicago health code standards
Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks
Restock and reset after each shift
Light prep work of garnishes etc
Assist in other departments as needed
Skills/Abilities required
Must be able to stay on feet for prolonged period of time
