Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily restaurant operations with a hands-on approach to service and team engagement
Ensure seamless guest experiences through proactive interaction and problem-solving
Oversee administrative duties, including reporting, Staff management, compliance, and inventory
Stay up to date with industry and social media trends to enhance guest engagement
Foster a strong, positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and excellence
Maintain a fun, welcoming, and professional environment for both guests and staff
Support operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
What You Bring to the Team:
3+ years of hospitality/restaurant management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a high-energy environment
A guest-first mentality with a proactive and professional attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Current Food Service and BASSET certifications (or ability to obtain)
