Line cook

Seeking a line cook with experience in banquet service, for small restaurant/bar. Duties include assisting head chef in preparing meals, plating, and duplicating exact dishes. Cooking for 75 people that will be served within one hour. 2 years experience preferred, but willing to train the right person. Fun, fast-paced environment. Full-time position. Must be available evenings and weekends, and willing to start immediately.
