Job Summary
Welcomes patrons, seats them at tables, and helps ensure quality of facilities and service. Ensure Hey Nonny patrons have a positive experience by providing excellent customer service in a safe and efficient manner.
General Duties
Provides guests with menus.
Operates the reservations system for reservations and walk-ins.
Assigns patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings.
Speaks with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, or to respond to questions and complaints.
Answers telephone calls and responds to inquiries or transfers calls.
Maintains contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly, and customers' concerns are addressed.
Inspects dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
Informs patrons of establishment specialties and features.
As needed, inspect restrooms for cleanliness and availability of supplies and cleans restrooms when necessary.
Job Qualifications
Experience: Prior hospitality or retail experience.
Sexual Harassment Training Certificate (completed Annually)

$15.00 per hour.

Additionally, hourly employees are entitled to receive up to 40 hours of paid time off per year under the company's Sick plan. PTO hours under the Plan are accrued at 0.025/hour worked each year. Up to 40 hours can be carried over from the prior year.
