Job Description:
We're currently seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, has solid experience working the line in a busy kitchen, and takes pride in every plate they send out.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in a timely and consistent manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary station
Follow recipes and portion controls precisely
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Uphold all food safety and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of line cook experience preferred
Must be available to work nights and weekends (no exceptions)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
ServSafe certification is a plus, will need once hired
