Lady Gregory's is looking for a FOH Shift Lead to join our team!
Our ideal candidate will have previous restaurant shift leading / key holder experience in a high-volume setting.
If you are also looking for an opportunity to transition from serving/bartending into management, we would love to hear from you, too!
We are looking for someone who is a team player, able to assist in any FOH role and support our team while ensuring all guests have a great experience.
This person should be well versed in developing and mentoring staff through communication, care and a strong desire to lead by example.

Skills and requirements:
Ability to multi-task
Great communication skills
Strong work ethic
Strong understanding and appreciation for customer service
Food Safety Knowledge
Familiarity with Toast a plus
Food Handlers Certification and BASSET required
