Our Menu and Configuration Enablement team seeks a Technology Deployment Supervisor. This role offers the opportunity to be part of the core team that crafts, deploys, and manages technology solutions for all U.S. McDonald's restaurants.Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Supervision and LeadershipPartner with business owners to understand objectives and define requirements.Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.Deliver high-quality business and functional requirements to the Menu and Configuration Enablement team for design, testing, and implementation.Coordinate and participate in reviews, revisions, improvements, testing, documentation, and notifications of product changes and opportunities.Document and present business/technical presentations.Collaborate with Menu Category, Innovation, and Marketing teams to support initiatives.Develop detailed project plans, lead schedules and tasks, communicate deadlines, manage risks, and solve issues creatively to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.Project ManagementPlan, complete, and oversee deployment and enablement projects.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.Identify and mitigate project risks.Coordinate validation processes across testing environments, participation in oversight of two RFM testing labs.Work effectively as part of a diverse, geographically distributed project team.Demonstrate strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Visio, Power BI).Knowledge of agile methodologies with CAPM or PMP certification preferred.Understanding of quality and testing principles (positive, negative, regression testing).Stakeholder EngagementAct as the primary contact for internal and external partners.Build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate organizational skills with high initiative and self-motivation.Communicate progress and changes to collaborators effectively.Performance Monitoring and ReportingDevelop and improve performance metrics for measuring operational data management activities.Prepare and present regular reports on performance, changes, and project status to leadership.Use data-driven insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.Provide regular informal and formal feedback and coaching to contractor teamsBenefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 – $125,130 per year
