Description The Tax Transformation Office enables Tax client service delivery through end-to-end business process improvement across the full range of Tax market offerings, improving delivery efficiency and driving growth. As a change management specialist, you will work across multiple tax market offerings collaborating with Tax subject matter specialists and the team within the Tax Transformation Office. Project related activities include:
Stakeholder analysis
Leadership alignment
Identify and assess change impacts and implications
Develop and execute change action plans
Support the Transformation Network
Define, collate, and assess adoption metrics
Develop and distribute communications
Manage user surveys and analyze user feedback
Support the design and delivery of training programs
Assess change readiness
Support executive reporting
Ability to perform job responsibilities within a remote work model and across geographies that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate periodically.
Develop a strong understanding of Deloitte standards, processes and technology.
The team
Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office is responsible for the definition of standard processes to support the delivery of Tax services, and the related development and deployment of technology to enable service delivery. The Tax Transformation Office focuses on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver value-added, and efficient Tax services to our clients. Tax Transformation consists of professionals with varying backgrounds ranging from Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and other IT professionals including QA and Support. The team consults and executes on a wide range of projects with a strong focus on adoption including stakeholder analysis, communications, learning and change management.Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in business or information technology related field
3+ years human capital and change management experience
Strong PowerPoint/Excel experience
End-to-end technology project delivery
Stakeholder analysis and/or leadership alignment
Experience developing change management key messages and developing communication using multiple platforms, i.e. video, email, powerpoint etc.
Limited Travel, up to 25%

Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
