The Records & Information (RIM) Supervisor role in Records & Information Management and Office Services will primarily work with the RIM Leadership responsible for McDonald’s Corporate Records & Information Management and Office Services functions on advising McDonald’s Business Units on RIM and Office Services related questions and issues. Key Responsibilities:Create and oversee various programs (e.g., training) to support business unit objectives.Build and maintain relationships with peers in other business units.Lead or participate on RIM and office services projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.Serve as a primary contact for records management analysis, evaluation, testing, implementation, and support, including off-site records storage, retention and disposition.Oversee assigned McDonald’s vendor relationships (e.g., mail and records center, off-site records storage and records management software vendors), establish performance criteria and conduct business reviews to ensure expectations are met.   Optimize price/performance of products and services through financial reviews and analyses.Create, maintain, and update records management policies and procedures.Lead or participate in cross-functional teams.Manage budgeting, time management, staff training, evaluation, and development.Work on special information research and retrieval projects.May assist other functions in Workplace Solutions as needed. Skills and Knowledge:Knowledge of organizational legal and regulatory environment, business climate and RIM industry trends and best practices.Analysis of business processes to identify RIM needs.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with leadership teams and staff.Organized and confident in interacting with all levels of the organization.Problem-solving approach to RIM-related matters. Benefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $75,700– $94,620 per year
