What you will be doing:Job Responsibilities:Design and implement a comprehensive training and development framework aligned with brand standards and business goalsTrack training completion and effectiveness through KPIs, surveys, and performance reviews.Conduct regular training needs analyses in collaboration with department heads to identify skill gaps and opportunities for developmentCreate and deliver training content focused on service excellence, leadership, operational procedures, and guest satisfactionLead the onboarding experience for all new hires to immerse them in the hotel’s culture, values, and service standardsEnsure all employees receive mandatory brand and compliance training within the required timeframeDevelop and facilitate leadership development programs to build internal talent pipelinesPartner with department leaders to create individualized development plans for high-potential employeesPromote a learning culture through on-the-job coaching, cross-training initiatives, and skill enhancement programsMaintain detailed training records and ensure all employees complete required training in line with legal and brand complianceAnalyze HR metrics and provide regular reports on turnover, engagement, diversity, and training effectivenessEnsure compliance with local labor laws, hotel policies, and brand standardsMaintain accurate and confidential HR records, including contracts, disciplinary actions, and payroll-related documentsAct as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related issuesPromote a positive work culture through employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and engagement activitiesOversee the performance appraisal process and coach managers on effective performance feedbackDrive performance improvement plans and career development pathwaysPartner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectivesAssist the Talent & Culture Team as needed with recruitment, administration, employee relations, colleague events & activities, compensation & benefits, and other functions essential to the day-to-day Human Resources operationOther duties as assigned
