McDonald’s is seeking a Market PMO Lead for the U.S. market to execute a new capability and deliver on the McDonald's transformation vision across the three strategic tech-enabled "platforms."Consumer: One of the world’s largest consumer platforms to fuel engagement (through Digital App, Digital Kiosks, and Delivery)Restaurant: Easiest and most efficient restaurant operating platformCompany: Modern company platform that unlocks speed and innovationThis position will be dedicated to enterprise transformation and provide strategic alignment, execution excellence and management of all Consumer platform programs embedded in the U.S. market (i.e., GMA digital app, digital kiosks, McDelivery, AI-enabled offer engines etc.)This individual will develop and uphold program management governance standards and processes as defined by the global Transformation Management Office (TMO). This role aims to ensure the alignment of enterprise goals and priorities with market realities, solving and advocating for market-specific nuances and challenges (e.g. capacity, ongoing business-driving initiatives etc.) The Market PMO Lead will drive transformation in connection with other market priorities/projects and run-the-business activities.Responsibilities:Integrated Roadmap Development & Tracking:  Understand how the Consumer platform global priorities support the growth drivers in the US business and detail a US-specific roadmap over a 1Y and 3Y horizon (aligned to phase planning)Continuously evaluate and refine the roadmap, adapting plans to accommodate changing priorities, resources, or external factors.Clearly articulate and socialize US Consumer roadmap with key stakeholders, including LeadershipTrack execution progress, triage and support Manage regular exception-based status reporting to leadershipCapacity Planning and Execution Management: Understand market-level resource and skill levels needed to deliver global Consumer programs in the USSupport US leads in identifying and standing up the right cross-functional teams to enable program development & execution e.g., across communications, franchisee relationships, operations etc.Assess existing market capacity and enable talent planning with market leadership and People team including flagging potential resource gaps to be addressedSupport the global and US leads in navigating US governance process to unlock resourcing & budgets and manage deployment timelines (Prioritization Office and GSET)   Project Management: Own oversight of detailed Consumer program roadmaps and develop cross-functional project plans for US market (key milestones, timelines, sequencing, resource allocation, leadership touchpoints/approvals and business targets).Maintain ownership of the recurring, cross-functional team meetings, ensuring all action items are brought to completion while establishing and delivering on key metricsSupport US Initiative leads in coaching, developing and holding accountable cross-functional teams to deliver on initiative objectives from concept through pilot and launch phasesCross-Functional Stakeholder Management and Escalation: Act as the main Point of Contact for US Consumer Leads in understanding what is being delivered by global and through market teams; liaison with global and market stakeholders to get to answersPartner with in-market Change Management to assess organizational readiness for change and coordinate with People, Communications etc. to foster buy-in and communicate transformation-related updates & changesEscalate market-specific challenges / opportunities to the global teams as neededWillingness and ability to live the McDonald’s values every day: Serve, Inclusion, Integrity, Community and Family. Benefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $149,260 – $190,310 per year
