This professional engineer for AECOMs Rail Group focused on supporting and growing our Class I, short line and industrial rail clients.The Senior Freight Rail Project Manager – Rail Systems Design role provides a performance driven opportunity for real career growth towards enhanced leadership positions within the AECOM U.S - West Rail Group.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as an AECOM senior project manager on rail projects from planning, preliminary engineering, and final design.Accountable for developing project scope, budget and schedule and lead client contract negotiations.Serve as a Client Account Manager for all AECOM interaction with Regional Rail Clients.Coordinate, cooperate, and work collaboratively with others team members as well as support business development.Provide leadership and mentorship to subordinate managers and technical engineering staff.Performance at this level requires experience in a professional position and demonstrated experience with the types of tasks that will be required.
