Leading and developing the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and MRO (Manufacturing, Repair and Operations) sales team for the Midwestern United States to gain market share within the categories, channels, customers and markets we serve.  Build a team and manager that team with the right people that can implement strategic approaches that are measured and coached on a real time basis.Manage a team of direct sales representatives that are able to meet and exceed sales goals and implement strategies and expectations. Measure all strategies and communicate results so that sales team continue to overdrive expectations or get back on plan. Administrative responsibilities include scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, suggested orders, and other administrative duties that contributes to a collaborative approach to growing the territory’s market share and sales volume.On board, train, and manage team to grow professionally while monitoring skills sets and performance in a constant improvement cultureManage large regional accounts in the Southeastern region through your sales force and directly through their local leadership/ key contacts and use of internal resources to maximize national accounts.Communicate Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly Sales Forecasts for both Overall sales and Category sales for the channel.Approximately 50% Overnight Travel to meet Customers & Develop Territory (as assigned)
