Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Spanish-Bilingual Property Administrator in the non-profit industry. The position is based in Chicago, Illinois. As a Property Administrator, you will be assisting our subsidy department with document/data collection, filing, processing leases, and assisting inspections teams.Responsibilities: Assist in the collection and processing of documentation and data related to property administration Carry out the filing duties to ensure proper record keeping Process and manage lease documents for properties under our management Assist the inspection team in conducting property inspections as required Provide customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to property administration Use Spanish language skills for translation as necessary Conduct data entry tasks and compile documents for record-keeping and administrative purposes Ensure respectful interaction and communication with individuals with mental disabilities Be open to traveling around Chicago, particularly in low-income housing areas.
