We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Manager of New Business Development to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of new business opportunities for Grantek. Reporting to the Director of Sales (vertical-specific), you will work closely with our Client Success team to support revenue generation across the company.

 Key Responsibilities:New Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients.

 New Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align our services with their goals.

 Partnerships: Collaborate with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.

 RFPs/Proposals: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through strategic proposal development.What You'll Do:Implement effective lead generation tactics, including market research, networking, and outreach.

Develop and foster a positive and fulfilling work environment. Engage, support, and participate in company decisions, direction, and strategy development.Collaborate with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
