Media Planner

Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Media Planner to join our growing team in Chicago. The Media Planner will be responsible for developing comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives, managing media budgets, and optimizing campaign performance across traditional and digital platforms (excluding social media). The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of the media landscape.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and present strategic media plans based on client briefs and campaign goals.Analyze audience data and media performance metrics to identify the most effective media mix.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute media buys across TV, radio, print, and digital platforms (excluding social media).Monitor media campaigns to ensure delivery, pacing, and performance align with targets.Maintain relationships with media outlets and negotiate rates and placements.Prepare post-campaign reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
