As part of the U.S. Marketing and Menu Strategy team, you will help create the future of the menu at McDonalds, helping to drive the business to meet annual financial goals while managing the everyday needs of the business. Using consumer, competitive and marketplace data, you will contribute to short term and long-term menu strategy creation.You will be accountable for identifying and championing opportunities that leverage McDonald’s competitive advantage to grow your category. You will monitor performance, understand drivers of the business, and build strategies and go to market plans to drive growth. You will lead cross functional teams, comprised of other marketing functions, consumer insights, operations, culinary, finance and supply chain colleagues.In the Supervisor, Menu role, you will contribute to these priorities in through the following ways:Synthesize category and competitive insights and data to deliver fresh, new thinking and recommendations on category and platform developmentProject manage menu initiatives as it relates to short term and long term strategies for related categoryImplement differentiated product concepts and positioning with excellenceCollaborate with Culinary, Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Suppliers to turn new products into realityAssist in building compelling Business Cases and contributing to other business activitiesLead quarterly business reviews and updatesCoordinate budget and meeting support as needed for relevant projectsBenefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is 87,050 - $108,810 per year
