Job DescriptionAs part of the U.S. Marketing and Menu Strategy team, you will be part of defining brand and business growth by:Using consumer, competitive and marketplace data, to contribute to short term and long-term brand and marketing strategy developmentMonitoring performance, understanding drivers of the business, and building strategies and go to market plans to drive growthLeading cross functional teams, comprised of other marketing functions, consumer insights, operations, culinary, finance and supply chain partnersSupporting the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and calendarEnsuring consumer go-to-market process and always on omni-channel approach support the strategic intent of the marketing plan, answer the business problems to solve, and deliver on the KPIsProviding ad hoc team support, including budget coordination, meeting support, and Owner/Operator Committee coordinationBenefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050-$108,810
