Marketing Analyst

Description We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to assist our client's Digital Marketing team in managing product catalogs within our CMS (Content Management System) and PIM (Product Information Management) platforms. Your primary duties will involve regular maintenance of our product updates, ensuring timely addition of new products, updating current product information, and handling obsolete products as needed. You'll also be tasked with reformatting spreadsheets.The majority of this role encompasses working in a customized PIM platform where around 75% of updates are made. Data from the PIM platform feeds information to a CMS, where some action items need to be executed.Additional tasks may include catering to client requests, providing assistance to the existing team, and other excel related projects. The successful candidate can choose to work on a flexible schedule, given our team operates globally.The candidate must also be proficient in Excel and the use of vlookup. Experience in a sophisticated CMS platform (preferably Sitecore or similar) and a robust PIM platform is a must.Requirements Skill Requirements: Proven experience working within a substantial CMS platform (more sophisticated than Wordpress) – Sitecore is preferred but not a requirement. Worked closely with a Product Information Management (PIM) system (Agility PIM, Contentserv, precisely Enterworks, IBM's Infosphere MDM, Adobe Commerce/ Magento, Contentserv, Pimcore, Amplifio.io, Optimizely). High level of Excel knowledge and proficiency, including the use of vlookup. Tech-savvy, excellent attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.Interested candidates with the specified skill set are welcome to apply.
