ACS group has an immediate need for an Infrastructure Program Manager with experience in the Banking Industry. This is a 12 Months contract opportunity (with possibilities of extension) and is located in Chicago, IL (Remote till Covid). Job Title: Infrastructure Project ManagerLocation: Chicago, IL (Remote till Covid-19)Duration: 12+ months contract (With Extension)- Candidate will be responsible for project documentation, project schedule, meeting agendas, minutes, status reporting, etc. Also responsible for Risk/Issue tracking and mitigation. PM will work closely with the Disaster Recovery Coordinator.Experience Level:- Level 3 experience requiredQualifications:- Must have extensive experience in creating and maintaining Disaster Recovery Runbooks.- Candidate must have strong project management skills, and should understand various project methodologies, processes and standards. Has expertise in managing all phases of technology infrastructure projects from concept - through implementation and maintenance to closure.- Candidate should be familiar with technology infrastructure (Servers/Storage/Network) as well as MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint.- Familiar with Azure DevOps and Jira.- Prior Program Manager experience a plus.Nice to Haves:- NAsTasks and Responsibilities:- Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules roles and resources, evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans.- Assigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting.- Creation and maintaining a Communication Plan throughout the project.
