Description:These individuals will be responsible for all of the following steps:
Removing Manufacturing Equipment in order to make space for new process equipment
Step 1: Overseeing disconnection, unplugging and crating of equipment Step 2: Relocation and warehousing old equipment Step 3: Install of new conveyor / remove and scrap additional existing equipment (KEEP Environment Clean)Step 4: Commissioning of new equipment (SAT/IQ/OQ)Step 5: Reinstall equipment and realign equipmentStep 6: Refurbish space, keep environment clean ( Prepare space for new equipment; Epoxy floors, wall off areas, seal off construction area, build temporary wall.)Step 7: relocate equipment on the floor and validateStep 8: Scrap obsolete equipmentStep 9: Space refurbishSkills:Mechanical, Mechanical engineering, project engineering, construction management, construction, engineering, project management, medical deviceTop Skills Details:Mechanical, Mechanical engineering, project engineering, construction management, construction, engineering, project managementAdditional Skills & Qualifications:In order to be considered, candidates need to meet the following:
Proven experience leading these types of projects
5-7 years of experience
Construction Project Manager
equipment validation
Value Engineering experience
Installation and moving equipment to make sure in compliance with GMP
