Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and navigating and influencing personalities within a business environment.
Experience influencing and advising executives.
Experience working for technology/media companies or consulting firms.
Experience in Sales or Strategy in traditional or digital advertising.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail while handling multiple projects under deadlines.

Drive operational logistics for partner teams, including resource allocation, engagement models, joining/driving weekly management meetings, setting KPIs, and measuring progress/identifying opportunities to improve performance.
Identify opportunities to improve sales team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices across Sectors.
Drive annual and quarterly planning/updates for the Data, Measurement and Analytics team.
Participate and help support global initiatives and ensure that global initiatives are presented to the specialist team/sector.
