UX SpecialistThe Experience Designer plays a critical role in bringing our experiences into existence. Work with small teams including product owners, software engineers, data science, research, content strategy and other product designers to architect, design, build, and test capabilities in the spirit of continuously improving our user experiences.
Work collaboratively with others to design and build together, approaching the work with an entrepreneurial mindset that sees opportunity to drive improvement.
Design with a passion for identifying a problem and take a hands-on approach towards collaboratively solving it.
Design user-centered experiences by utilizing best practices that include conceptual diagrams and sketches, wireframes, visual mockups, and animated flows to communicate your ideas.
Make data-informed decisions, utilizing market analysis, user feedback, user psychology, and usability findings to iteratively evolve your designs.
Be a part of a culture that encourages continuous learning, self-awareness, curiosity to learn and seek feedback from others to continuously grow and places an emphasis on improvement over comfort.
