A design-engineering and commissioning services company is looking to add a Commissioning Engineer to their team!Job Description:
Conduct quality assurance reviews
Survey existing buildings
Comprehend sequences of operation in control equipment
Perform design reviews, site visits, and on-site functional testing
Read and understand construction documents, floor plans, specifications, and equipment product data
Evaluate and submit documentation for LEED, WELL Building, and other certifications related to green buildings, renewable energy, and sustainability
Review, provide or edit commissioning related project specifications
Review submittals and RFI’s
Qualifications:
3+ years prior experience with building systems
Commissioning or retro-commissioning experience is a plus
Proficient in use of AEC industry software tools like Bluebeam, Cx software, and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of building codes and construction industry standards
Experience using field testing equipment
Ability to travel as required for on-site project work
