The Area Manager will be responsible for the daily oversight and development of a remote field team of Sales Advisors & Field Sales Coaches within a designated geographic territory. Duties:

Execute against sales program operations plan, mission, and key performance indicators

Manage sales performance and development of assigned representatives

Function as single point of contact for the client team within the assigned territory

Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with clients, team personnel, and management

Provide strategic written communication and project oversight for all details within ActionLink management systems

Communicate goals and results to Program Director on routine basis

Travel around 60% of time to conduct store visits within assigned territory, adhering to the guidelines of ActionLink's Travel and Expense Policies

Qualifications:

3-5 years of sales related experience

Supervisory experience leading or training sales teams, ideally within a district territory or multi-unit retail environment

Must reside near central territory area

Must be willing and able to travel locally by vehicle and nationally by plane

Persuasive interpersonal ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels, from client interaction to field rep coaching

Demonstrated time management and organizational skills

Able to work Wednesdays through Sundays
