As the Director of Executive Compensation, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing executive compensation at ServiceNow. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring ServiceNow continues to attract and retain the best leadership talent. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of executive compensation strategies, including base salary, short- and long-term incentives, equity, and other executive rewards. Partner with senior leadership and the Compensation Committee to align executive compensation programs with business performance and our talent strategy. Conduct competitive market analyses using survey data and peer group comparisons. Monitor trends and regulatory changes in executive pay and recommend adjustments as needed. Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings, including executive compensation benchmarking and equity plan updates. Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, proxy disclosure rules, and internal governance standards. Oversee the administration of executive compensation programs, including our annual planning cycle, equity grants, and bonus payouts. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, and Investor Relations on compensation-related matters. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and HR partners on executive compensation matters. Support communication and change management efforts related to executive pay.
