You will be a key leader in Protiviti’s Salesforce Partnership Team developing and driving new programs , solutions, and revenue. You will be responsible for proliferating the growth of the Salesforce ecosystem at new and existing clients. The role is sales leadership focused, as well as partnership focused driving services on the SFDC platform to provide value to our clients and Salesforce . You will interface with the senior business decision makers from Protiviti, Salesforce and Clients. Success for this role will be measured by how successfully Salesforce impacts Protiviti and our clients throughout their solutions and how satisfied they are with their partner relationship with Protiviti. What You Will Do:

You will help grow our Salesforce practice by influencing its strategy, understanding the competition, and defining the solutions and industries in which we will compete to optimize new potential opportunities .
You will team with Salesforce and help lead our partnership to Crest level by d eveloping key partner relationships and act as the single point of contact and face of the Protiviti Salesforce practice
You will d evelop a go to market plan that includes partner communications, designing and executing market ing strategy , presenting on partner team calls, engaging in account mapping sessions , and uncover ing sourced pipelines from partnership relationships
You will develop, grow, and maintain relationships to support client satisfaction, multi-solution penetration and revenue within the Salesforce ecosystem.
You will partner with Protiviti leaders from other geographies, solutions, and industries to build internal relationships , educate, advocate, identify SFDC ecosystem opportunities within existing clients , and develop industry solutions where it makes sense.
You elevate Protiviti’s reputation and brand within designated accounts by proactively presenting new ideas to key buyers and influencers and leading efforts for timely thought leadership
You identify and close specific leads for work across Salesforce ecosystem ; and contribute to year-over-year growth .
You arrange go-to- m arket programs with marketing and account partners to define and execute winning account management strategies and event driven campaigns .
You possess a strong knowledge of sales, distribution channels, and solution delivery, along with a strong knowledge of Enterprise IT solutions and cloud services that the Salesforce platform offers .
You are an effective communicator and can present complex ideas and concepts to a wide range and size of audiences, from VPs of Sales/Marketing to CEO level.
You are a subject matter expert in defining, designing, developing, de-risking and troubleshooting complex, first-of-a-kind solutions, which integrate into a heterogeneous mix of Salesforce , AppExchange and integrated technologies.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
15+ years experience in technology consulting with leadership roles
5+ years experience in Salesforce technologies
5+ years of experience in sales and partner business development
Working knowledge of enterprise software management practices, including selection, deployment, and management processes
Excellent understanding of the Salesforce platform, including AppExchange supplements
Knowledge of competing cloud platforms would be helpful
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills
BS/BA degree; MBA or a Masters in successfully delivering joint solutions on the Salesforce platform Computer Science preferred
It is expected that you will reside within a reasonable daily commute of your assigned Protiviti home office by your start date. Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment which means you will be required to work from a variety of locations including your Protiviti home office, an in-town and/or out-of-town client site, and/or from a remote location such as your residence. It is expected that you will be available to be physically present at the required work location and that you will have access to reliable transportation .

Protiviti operates in a hybrid environment. Travel can occur throughout the month based upon client requests/commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out of state locations.
