The Chicago office works on the most challenging and fast-paced bridge projects in the industry, in traditional and alternative delivery formats both regionally and nationally. Typical deliverables include calculations, drawings, technical reports, and estimates for procurement and construction. Coordinate across disciplines, especially with geotechnical, roadway and drainage designers. Provide input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters and Engineers Perform complex structural analysis and design work efficiently and accurately. Provide technical oversight and quality checking of deliverables. Supervise one or more subordinates and provide input regarding performance. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement through innovation, creative thinking, and improved results.Qualifications: Master's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering and 5+ years’ experience in bridge structure analysis and design. Experience in steel, reinforced concrete, and prestressed concrete design. Professional and/or Structural Engineer is desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in bridge engineering software and Bentley CAD tools.
