Assistant Manager / Manager in TrainingPosition Summary:  This position is responsible for managing restaurant operations, in partnership with or in the General Manager's absence. You must set the example following all policies and procedures and expect the same from your crew.KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Leading daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance Provide great product quality and maintain fast, accurate service, provide great customer service Maintain Brand image by ensuring product quality, restaurant cleanliness and maintenance Respond to customer questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and customer recovery Prepare product; operate all equipment; manage food and labor costs 
Assigning & delegating tasks and activities to other members of the Team
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility at least daily
