Assistant Controller

Description DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Corporate Accounting Manager located in Chicago, IL. The Corporate Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, accounts receivable collections, accounts payable processing and human resource administration and payroll. They analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and ensure accurate and timely financial statements for the Company and affiliates. In addition, the Controller will work closely with the Business Development Team and assist in the preparation of contracts and work scopes. analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and ensure accurate and timely financial statements.Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field Proven experience as a Corporate Accounting Manager or similar role Thorough knowledge of financial reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise.
