Intake Specialist

Beacon Hill Associates is partnering with a reputable law firm with room for professional growth in Chicago to find an Intake Specialist to join their team. In this role, the Intake Specialist will take charge of representing the firm, as they will be the first point of contact that clients interact with. They will also gather essential information from potential clients, evaluate information about their cases, and ensure that clients receive assistance throughout their case.
