Accounts Payable/Receivable:
Supervise the accounts payable and receivable teams, ensuring proper invoicing, payment processing, and collection efforts.
Maintain relationships with vendors
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations
Claims:
Cargo claims
Assist with safety and permits
Communication: Work with staff members, management and CEOs to ensure smooth operation
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
