We are looking for a full- time Tax Associate for a permanent year-round opportunity in our public accounting tax practice. 5 days onsite and great training! The individual will be responsible for:
Preparation of business and individual tax returns.
Responsible for various activities necessary to produce accurate and timely financial reports
Performing the month-end close process, including journal entries and general ledger review
Assisting with account reconciliation including researching and resolving all issues
Maintaining and supporting fixed assets
Work with other areas of the company to help with any accounting issues/ questions
Various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or internship required
Ability to work in a changing and fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and deductive reasoning skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Strong desire to learn
