Configuration Technician - Carol Stream, ILJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Configuration Technician in our warehouse department. You will be responsible for fixing and repairing smartphones and tablets. Your tasks will include locating the settings page and making necessary changes, setting up devices according to given instructions, powering tablets, and performing tests. Additionally, you will handle pick sheets/order sheets and use RF scanners to verify products. This role requires standing and working at a desk/workstation for 10 hours a day.Hard Skills
