Ability to use a multimeter to verify DC voltage of battery cells to ensure proper placement in the battery
Ability to follow a work order to determine required parts, independently
Ability to determine how to install cells in a tray based on forklift battery layout
Operate and maintain a safe work environment
Ability to learn how to assemble a battery
Ability to do the same task over and over again
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 65lbs
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
