Description Robert Half is currently seeking a Professional Development Coordinator. This position is with a local organization that helps at risk girls. Currently seeking the right person to help raise support for the current facility as we endeavor to grow by also adding a program for teen boys.Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns
Research and identify potential funding opportunities, including grants and sponsorships
Write compelling grant proposals and manage the grant application process with assistance from our Development Team.
Requirements
Previous experience in relationship management or fundraising preferred
Confident and able to secure sponsorships and partnerships
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Experience with MS Office
Documentation preparation
Strong Team Player
Faith based individual preferred in understanding the organization missions and values in job description
