Position Summary: Responsible for assisting AE/ESL Supervisor in coordinating adult education and/or English as a Second Language (ESL) classes as well as assisting in the coordination of AE and the ESL Pathways program throughout a ten county region of southwest Idaho. Essential Functions: Assists with coordination of orientation, assessment, and intake of students Assists in training and onboarding of teachers, work-study students, and volunteers Assists with coordination and scheduling of classes Provides instruction to students as assigned Assists in monitoring students' progress in relation to education and employment goals Assists in training teachers to facilitate orientation and conduct student assessment and intake Assists teachers in the data collection process Audits the accuracy of data collection in student files and the Idaho Management andAccounting System (LACES) in area of responsibility Develops, analyzes, and disseminates assigned reports according to National Reporting System (NRS) guidelines Attends staff meetings and training as assigned Conveys through word and action the values expected by CWI Performs other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree Demonstrated understanding of adult education, WIOA, Integrated Education and Training; Adult Education’s purpose and function within the college system. Excellent customer service skills Must possess qualities to inspire teamwork: clear communication, support of supervisor in inspiring team members to meet and exceed goals and objectives, ability to identify the strengths and development areas of the site, and willingness to assist in continuous program improvement through establishment of and adherence to efficient processes.

Must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
