Why are we calling this position a HVAC “Sales” Technician? Are you a HVAC Service Tech that is tired of passing your in the field generated opportunities to a “Sales Person” that knows nothing about your customer or installing/servicing heating and cooling equipment? At Bill’s we don’t have “Sales People/Comfort Consultants” we have very good technicians that are great at solving problems and bringing solutions to the table for our customers. Responsibilities include:
Interfacing with customers to provide maintenance, diagnosis, repairs of existing equipment and be able to communicate proposals on equipment replacement when needed.
WHAT WE OFFER

-7AM-5PM M-F with weekend shift rotation and overtime available
-Our company does not have “comfort consultants” we operate in the “sales tech” model with generous bonus incentives for both equipment repairs and replacements.

-Experienced team to provide any needed support along with projects that are well planned and organized
REQUIRED
-Previous experience as a HVAC Service Technician
-Certification or license in HVAC/R preferred
-Valid Driver's License with "insurable" driving record
-Be able to lift 50+LBS
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
-Ability to communicate with customers
-No drug or alcohol problems
