Aid the accounting team during the closing process to guarantee deadlines are met
Examine and build Ad Hoc financial reports
Define and flourish process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency
Organize multiple procedures, policies, and technical accounting analyses
Guarantee regular account reconciliation to completion
Backfill for Controller where necessary
Direct to ensure a competent, trained staff through goal setting, development, and regular assessment
Innovative preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits
Supplementary duties as assigned
Come up with relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like key financial metrics, the monthly flash report, and actual spend against budgets/outlook
Participate with the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting
Back implementation and make sure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
Incite accountability and the meeting of deliverables
SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $85,000BENEFITS OFFERED:

Requirements - Prior accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
Complete knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
CPA certification desired
5+ years of general ledger accounting experience
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Deep technical background in public accounting (GAAP)
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Foundational knowledge in account reconciliation
Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience preferred
General ledger experience
