Description Senior Executive Assistant - Join Our Leadership Team!We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to join our well-established construction industry's leadership team. This pivotal role provides comprehensive support to our CEO and leadership team, contributing to the success and growth of our organization.Responsibilities:

Provide proactive leadership in building crucial relationships and managing special projects for the CEO or leadership team.

Prioritize conflicting needs and ensure successful project completion under deadline pressures.

Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and efficiency.

Assist in drafting correspondence and other tasks to support executive leadership.

Maintain communication with key executives and act as a liaison to keep them well-informed.

Drive executive accountability by tracking action items and deadlines.

Plan and coordinate materials for leadership meetings and company events.

Complete various administrative tasks including calendar management, expense reports, and travel arrangements.

Serve as a liaison between senior management and internal departments.

Assist in board support including preparing packages, coordinating travel, and maintaining confidentiality.

Participate in executive team meetings and facilitate cross-divisional coordination.

PAY RANGE: $70,000 – 80,000BENEFITS OFFERED:

PTO: With an exempt position there is unlimited PTO. There are also 11 paid holidays, plus the week between Christmas and New Years.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create unique solutions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Education and Experience:

5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives or a Board of Directors.

Must have experience supporting 5+ executives to be considered

Bachelor's degree a plus!

Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms required
