Mercer Builders is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our crew. We build some of the region’s most detailed and well-crafted custom homes. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking to grow within the construction trades.
What You'll Do:
Support carpenters and subcontractors with day-to-day tasks
Load/unload materials, maintain job site cleanliness and organization
Perform basic demo, prep work, and assist in framing and finish tasks
Uphold job site safety, quality, and professionalism
Follow direction and work as part of a cohesive, skilled team
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic, punctual, and willingness to learn
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Construction/labor experience preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation to local job sites
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
