Seeking an experienced Grade Foreman.
Full-Time Year-Round Local Work!
Foreman will be working on commercial construction projects, subdivisions, parking lot, and road building.
We do commercial and residential construction work in the Treasure Valley.
Pay Up To $34/hr Depending on Expierence
Job Requirements
· 3+ years of experience as a foreman or crew lead. (Must be able to read blueprints, staking, and work in Tenths)
· Must have experience with grader and finish grade.
· Clean driving record
· Self-driven with the ability to work unsupervised
· Experience with TopCon preferred
· Idaho CDL preferred but not mandatory
· Communicates/coordinates with state, city, and county inspectors
· Knowledge of Digline and local specifications
Responsibilities
· Safe operation of multiple pieces of equipment (Grader, Dozer, Excavator, etc.)
· Manages a crew of 2-3 people
· Keep company trucks and equipment cleaned, greased, and schedule repairs with mechanics
· Safely digging around underground utilities
· Keeping job sites clean and progressing forward
