Office Admin Position / Part time

Office Admin potion available. This is a brand new position and will need to evolve as needed. This will start out as very part time at first and see how things go. This is a I.T. business that I have owned for 10 years. Hours will need to be somewhere between 8-5pm M-F.

Initial duties:

1. Filing / Sorting / organizing my mess of paperwork.

2. Call back customers who have left me voicemails to schedule work on my calendar

3. Monitor my email box and remind me of things I have missed

4. Coordinate with recurring customers the work scheduled each month

May grow into:

1. Going on sales calls with clients to see if they will be a good fit for us

2. Going to networking meetings to represent the company

3. Becoming office admin manager

I work from home mostly and will have a space here for you to work at. As trust is built we can move this to a remote job so that you can work from home as well. This is a very relaxed position as we kind of figure out what all is needed. I will provide you a laptop to work with, cell phone, coffee/etc. You can have music on or have some streaming service running in the background.

Compensation experience based.

No experience required. Being on time is critical.
